spoof

i was offered a price on mt item through an email, i agreed only if they paid through paypal as a buy it now the person then emailed me stating that he had paid he then sent me fake emails from paypal stating that i would have to give my paypal id and the shipping number before they could continue the transaction meaning i would have to post the item i rang paypal and they confirmed it was a spoof but how can i report them to ebay as they are still a member?
