Is this a spoof??

I found a car that I would like to buy on another site "carzone.ie" but I'm now suspicious due to him introducing Ebay in this manner. My head is telling me that if its too good to be true.. it generally is.. The car in question is a top notch 2005 2.5 TDi Touareg for under 8k. (euro) I'm not familiar with the procedure of car selling via Ebay.. Can someone tell me is this the general practise?
