Spoof Sign-in site.

Last nite and this morning I have tried to enter Ebay but whatever page I go to a pop-up repeatedly asks me to Sign-in on what appears to be a fake page. If I can't get past this how do I acess my account? I mean... am I even on Ebay now... or have I just handed out my info in an attempt to get help?Why doesn't the Home page give security help without having to sign in?
