About gold set

This is very complicated case and I have recieved mails from Australia ebay behalf of buyer allan nelson person. and pushing me to send my gold set to him and all over that i have not recieved money and i had made calls to paypal and they said no money pending on you and we don't ask even items tracking number. please help me. i am very upset and been threating from ebay that they are going to suspending my account.
