Seller left Ebay after payment!

I'm new to Ebay and I'm unfamiliar with procedure.I have paid for an item and the seller has not posted the item to me. Since payment, the seller has left Ebay! I have clicked on several 'help' functions that just explain procedures and not forwarding to anywhere.Please advise.
