Hi, I have just bought 2 items on a buy it now paying immediately by paypal for them.i then got an email from the seller saying thank you etc.detailing the transaction.as is usual.but further down it says...if theres an issue to contact them via their website....which i went to out of curiosity and found that you have to register on there.alternatively email them on....and gives their email address. (this would mean in both cases having to give OUR email address to them)and the more worrying thing........Please note we do not answer via ebay messagesystem as we have our own message system.i am not happy about doing this..i thought all sellers and buyers were always told to use ebay system for safety?it is on their item description page though i didnt see it till afterwards as its right down the bottom of a long list of does/donts they put in.is this something new?or is it against ebay policy?thanks for reading?hope to get an answer soon as i wish to email them via ebay to tell them they should respect their customers wishes to use the ebay system for their own safety.
