i won v festival tickets in march 09 and paid by paypal account the tickets dont arrive at the sellers until 1/2 weeks before festival in august making it well over the 45 days dispute time the seller is no longer a member and THERE IT NO CONTACT INFO FOR THEM on the account ,,,,,the items never arrived ,leaving me
