HELP, bids by fake buyers!!!!!

Hi, i am trying to sell a mobile phone with a buy it now price within an auction. Someone has bought it and i just know its someone messing around, so i relisted it and hey presto, it has sold again in the buy it now catergory, what can i do now. I just do not know what to do, Thanks
