My account was restricted due to someone accessing my account...HELP!!!

My account was restricted due to someone accessing my account without my permission! Ebay sent me a series of emails telling me to change my password, so I did. Ebay then told me to click on a link to take me to Live Help to have my restrictions lifted but everytime I go into it I get refered to Contact Us and I send them the question and then the emails start all over again in a cricle.... Please please please can someone tell me how I can get my restriction lifted, i have contacted ebay to tell them this but I'm going round and round to no avail!!!!!!!!!!!!
