abusive ebay buyer

i sold a item on ebay . the buyer, who is from Geramny won the auction but he did not leave uk address as my auction was for uk only . i emailed him that though my auction was uk only but i could send it you but i have to find out postage cost to Germany but he emiled his uk delivery for deliver but he did not make payment fter 3/4 dys .i contacted him but replied he does not trust me,sying keep the phone , i complained for non payment then he paid and emaaild me to send the item qiuickly using fu.. word but he left negtive feedback after receiving the item..what i can do for this unfair feedback..
