Our account is restricted after having fake emails from someone in Nigeria

We were selling a mobile phone and it was 'sold' 6 times to dodgy people ie: from Nigeria and the US. The one from Nigeria claimed money had gone out of his account for the phone but we checked our paypal account and the money requested from us had not gone in.We were advised by friends not to send the phone so we didn't. Then we kept getting fake emails from paypal etc. One of them was the following:Dear Andrea Gould,Thank you for using PayPal.Your esteemed co-operation is required.PayPal Authority want you to understand that, as a well organized and recognized company, we keep every record of our customers intact for future references, therefore, be rest assured that your money is safe with us, your account will be credited with the sum of
