Paypal and attachments

I recently got an email (supposedly from service@paypal.com ) asking me to verify my details as an foreign ip address had tried to hijack my account. The attachment that came with this email wanted my bank details mothers surname etc..and was suspicious so I callrd paypal on 0870 7307191 and they told me under no circumstances do they send emails with ATTACHMENTS ever.So be careful as I was fooled by the exact ip address of (service@paypal). Luckily for me I was in a hurry that day and have time to fill in the attachment of all my personal details.Instead sent it to spoof@paypal.com
