NIGERIAN CON ARTISTS

Thank you i thought i was the only 1 who was scammed by a NIGERIAN, listed my first item for selling on ebay, SONY ERICSSON PHONE W810i. Put buy now price on it and sure enough it was bought within 3 hours of lising my item, recieaved all sorts of emails from buyer stating they had payed threw paypal and 2 take it up with them, also recieaved fake PAYPAL AND FAKE EBAY LAWYER EMAILS threatining court action and all sorts.Ebay were going to put a strike against me an so forth,I couldnt beleave it, i thought i did something wrong.I feel let down by ebay as they could make it more clear from the get go when listing an item that there are many con artists running a mock with there customers. It was a german buyer who apparently paid for the phone (NOT) sent a full fake invoice from paypal requesting for the postal tracking number code to be sent to a link on the email, so good it looked authentic.The buyer requested me to ship to LAGOS as it was a present for a family member.Foolisheley i did what was requested and posted the packageor am i foolish you tell me. Obviousley ebay knows how these people work there scams so therefor should endevour to make as much info as poss available to honest ebayers as not to get conned. I feel ebay should have stricter policies on first time buyers buying BUY NOW ITEMS espesially when they list on the same day. I lost a total of 75, thats a lot of money for me to lose and i aint happy, this person had the audacity to actually give amobile contact number in the email,extremely Poff! Contacted P-PAL done nothing could notproperly dispute with the so called buyer as ebay unlisted them how covienient. So mad gave local police all info regarding the scam, yet again another let downthey can do nothing. I WISH SOMEONE WOULD STEP UP TO THE PLATE
